Internal Transportation.

b. Inventory of pharmaceutical and other products.

c. Waiting period for patients.

d. Redundant and Inefficient Manpower across the board.

e. Defects in medical billing and medical transcription.

The defects arising out of physician performance is too complex and is best left to PQRI and other federal initiatives.

Billing Paradise is a medical billing and medical coding company, who of late have endeavoured to provide more holistic healthcare solutions to clinics, going much beyond revenue cycle and documentation management. That is because; we at Billing Paradise have come to realize that if one is to really turn around a non-performing organization, then it becomes inevitable that the consulting partner immerses itself completely into the client’s overall workflow, to troubleshoot and plug deficiencies beyond their core competencies.

Billing Paradise’s core competency, in over a decade of its existence, has been revenue cycle management and transcription services with consulting and implementation expertise in more than 50 EMR/EHR and Practice Management Softwares. We have also been recognized by Practice Fusion, the leader in the cloud-based EHR market, as a certified EMR consultant for their product.

But the realization that the buck does not stop with correcting a single department of a business unit has made us venture into lending our consulting expertise to the well-being of the whole unit. This as of now is in the form of helping clinics detect, measure, analyze, and correct inefficiencies in any department including medical billing and medical coding. Billing Paradise can be reached at 1-(888)-571-9069 or by email steve@billingparadise.com.

A clinical setting is a complex system and like any complex system it leaves itself open to arenas of inefficiencies, if there is no holistic program to keep track of clinical and fiscal fitness. By applying lean and six sigma techniques many a clinic have been able to bring into line their sagging bottom lines, […]

[721

post-417","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-billing-collections
["GET
